1. About Clover

Clover is a student-run, peer-to-peer marketplace exclusively for Denison University students. It is operated by Grace Lee and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Denison University. By using Clover you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be a current Denison University student with a valid @denison.edu email address to create an account and make purchases. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Purchases & Payments

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Clover does not store your payment card details. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the item will be delivered to your dorm during your selected timeslot.

4. Refunds & Returns

All sales are final. Items are sold as described. If you receive an item that is materially different from its listing, contact us at onlygrace0723@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will work to resolve it.

5. Item Condition

All items are pre-owned unless explicitly stated otherwise. Photos and descriptions are provided in good faith. Minor cosmetic wear consistent with normal use may not be listed individually. If you have questions about a specific item, contact the seller before purchasing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Clover is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clover and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or purchase of any item.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Clover after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
